【摘要】：高校教師流動(dòng)是人才市場(chǎng)化背景下的一種必然現(xiàn)象,尤其是目前高校人事制度改革深化過(guò)程中交織著《勞動(dòng)合同法》的實(shí)施,使得高校教師流動(dòng)過(guò)程涉及的法律關(guān)系更為復(fù)雜。如何謹(jǐn)慎應(yīng)對(duì)教師流動(dòng)過(guò)程中涉及的各種法律問(wèn)題,確保學(xué)校和當(dāng)事人的合法權(quán)益,是學(xué)校人力資源主管部門依法管理的重要內(nèi)容之一,也是人事工作者適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)所必須思考的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The flow of college teachers is an inevitable phenomenon under the background of the marketization of talents, especially the implementation of the Labor contract Law, which is intertwined in the deepening process of personnel system reform in colleges and universities. It makes the legal relationship involved in the process of university teacher flow more complicated. How to deal with all kinds of legal problems involved in the process of teacher flow carefully, and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the school and the parties concerned, It is one of the important contents that the school human resources department manages according to the law, and it is also the problem that personnel workers must think about in order to adapt to the new situation.
