【摘要】：正現(xiàn)行《合同法》對格式合同制定了更加嚴(yán)格的解釋和適用規(guī)則。無論形式如何變化,供用電合同都擺脫不掉格式合同的典型特征。為減輕格式條款帶來的法律責(zé)任,供電企業(yè)應(yīng)采取多種途徑進(jìn)行預(yù)防化解,妥善利用補(bǔ)充條款即是有效的方式之一。補(bǔ)充條款主要是為解決格式合同弊端而設(shè)置的空白條款,用戶可在補(bǔ)充條款
