【摘要】：隨著《勞動合同法》、《社會保險法》、《勞動爭議仲裁調(diào)解法》等相關勞動法律法規(guī)頒布和施行,勞動者的權利得到社會的重視,勞動爭議案件屢見不鮮,勞動案件是一個事關社會穩(wěn)定的重要案件。根據(jù)清洗工程企業(yè)用工人員多、用工成本增加、法律風險增多等情況,從清洗工程企業(yè)錄用新員工、在職員工管理、員工離職、勞動爭議舉證責任等方面提出法律風險防控。
[Abstract]:With the promulgation and implementation of relevant labor laws and regulations, such as Labor contract Law, Social Insurance Law, Labor dispute Arbitration Mediation Law and so on, the rights of workers have been attached great importance to by the society, and labor dispute cases are not uncommon. The labor case is an important case concerning the social stability. According to the situation that the cleaning engineering enterprise employs more workers, the cost of employment increases, the legal risk increases, new employees are hired from the cleaning engineering enterprise, and the in-service employees are managed. Employee turnover, labor dispute burden of proof and other aspects of legal risk prevention and control.
