【摘要】：企業(yè)堅持有效開展勞動保障管理工作,是指企業(yè)在遵守《勞動法》、《勞動合同法》等國家法律法規(guī)的原則基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合本企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)和生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營實際,開展的對本企業(yè)勞動用工的錄用和使用,勞動合同管理;員工社會保險繳納;員工勞動保護;員工工資支付等方面的監(jiān)督和監(jiān)察工作。勞動保障管理工作是維護企業(yè)和員工權(quán)益,構(gòu)建和諧勞動關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ),本文著重探討企業(yè)在勞動保障管理工作中,如何開展有效基礎(chǔ)工作,發(fā)揮勞動保障工作的重要作用,促進企業(yè)持續(xù)有效的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Enterprises adhere to the effective implementation of labor security management work, refers to enterprises in compliance with the Labor Law, "Labor contract Law" and other national laws and regulations on the basis of the principles. The employment and use of labor and labor contract management of the enterprise are carried out in combination with the strategic development objectives of the enterprise and the actual production and operation. Payment of social insurance for employees; Labour protection of employees; The work of labor security management is the basis of safeguarding the rights and interests of enterprises and employees and constructing harmonious labor relations. This paper focuses on the work of labor security management in enterprises. How to carry out the effective basic work and give play to the important role of labor security work to promote the sustainable and effective development of enterprises.
