【摘要】：民族自決作為現(xiàn)代國(guó)際法的基本原則,曾在全球反殖民斗爭(zhēng)中發(fā)揮了特殊作用。在不同歷史條件下,民族自決權(quán)的內(nèi)涵也相應(yīng)地發(fā)生變化。分析在當(dāng)今全球化語境下民族自決權(quán)的豐富內(nèi)涵,闡釋民族自決權(quán)與人權(quán)、主權(quán)之間的聯(lián)系與差別,在對(duì)民族自決權(quán)進(jìn)行正確解讀的基礎(chǔ)上批判民族分離主義行徑,對(duì)于維護(hù)多民族國(guó)家安全與穩(wěn)定具有積極意義。
[Abstract]:As the basic principle of modern international law, national self-determination has played a special role in the global anti-colonial struggle. Under different historical conditions, the connotation of the right of national self-determination has changed accordingly. It is of positive significance to analyze the rich connotation of the right of national self-determination in the context of globalization, to explain the relationship and difference between the right of national self-determination, human rights and sovereignty, and to criticize the act of national separatism on the basis of a correct interpretation of the right of national self-determination, which is of positive significance for safeguarding the security and stability of multi-ethnic countries.
