【摘要】：數(shù)字技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的普遍應(yīng)用大大降低了公眾獲取、使用作品的成本,也為閱讀障礙者獲取作品或信息提供了可能。我國現(xiàn)行著作權(quán)法難以充分保障閱讀障礙者的信息獲取權(quán),應(yīng)從擴(kuò)大受益人范圍、擴(kuò)充無障礙格式版的種類、明確規(guī)避技術(shù)措施的例外情形等方面完善,確保閱讀障礙者的信息獲取權(quán),促進(jìn)信息公平的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of digital technology and the widespread application of network technology have greatly reduced the public access, the cost of using works, and also provided the possibility for people with dyslexia to obtain works or information. It is difficult for the current copyright law of our country to fully protect the access to information of people with dyslexia. It should be perfected from the aspects of expanding the scope of beneficiaries, expanding the types of barrier-free format versions, and clearly avoiding exceptions to technical measures, and so on. To ensure the access to information of people with dyslexia and to promote the realization of fair information.
