【摘要】：世界貿(mào)易組織為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展注入了新的血液,越來越多的企業(yè)開始融入世界潮流,步入到國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展行列中。茶葉企業(yè)也加入到國(guó)際化的隊(duì)伍中,憑借良好的企業(yè)形象在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)站穩(wěn)了腳跟,但是同時(shí)也置身于不可預(yù)見的法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)中。本文以茶葉的國(guó)際化過程對(duì)法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了探索與研究,在論述了我國(guó)企業(yè)法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特征后,又對(duì)茶葉企業(yè)國(guó)際化過程中的法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)表現(xiàn)形式進(jìn)行了分析,最后對(duì)茶葉企業(yè)國(guó)際化過程中法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避措施進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要闡釋。
[Abstract]:The World Trade Organization (WTO) has injected new blood into the economic development of our country, and more enterprises have begun to integrate into the world trend and step into the ranks of internationalization. Tea enterprises also join the international team, with a good corporate image in the international market, but also in the unpredictable legal risks. This paper explores and studies the legal risk in the process of the internationalization of tea. After discussing the characteristics of the legal risk of our country's enterprises, it also analyzes the manifestation of the legal risk in the process of internationalization of the tea enterprise. Finally, the legal risk avoidance measures in the process of internationalization of tea enterprises are briefly explained.
