【摘要】：以歐美為主導(dǎo)的近50個(gè)國(guó)家(地區(qū))于2013年開始了更高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)貿(mào)易自由化的談判,中國(guó)也于同年9月正式加入。從新《服務(wù)貿(mào)易協(xié)定》在美國(guó)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略中的地位、與WTO的關(guān)系處理等角度進(jìn)行闡述,并分析對(duì)我國(guó)可能產(chǎn)生的影響,進(jìn)而提出中國(guó)在此問(wèn)題上應(yīng)有的立場(chǎng)和應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:Nearly 50 countries, dominated by Europe and the United States, began negotiations on higher standards of liberalisation of trade in services in 2013, and China formally joined in September of the same year. From the point of view of the position of the new Agreement on Trade in Services in the national strategy of the United States and the relationship between the Agreement and the WTO, this paper analyzes the possible impact on China, and then puts forward China's due position and countermeasures on this issue.
