【摘要】：國際版權(quán)制度是國際社會和世界各國版權(quán)制度的總和,它的形成和發(fā)展反映了人類社會對于文學(xué)、藝術(shù)和科學(xué)作品傳播的基本態(tài)度。300年來,國際版權(quán)制度經(jīng)過不斷演進和完善,其發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出六大趨向:技術(shù)上的現(xiàn)代化、價值上的多元化、規(guī)則上的趨同化、利益上的本土化、政策上的戰(zhàn)略化、經(jīng)濟上的產(chǎn)業(yè)化。
[Abstract]:The international copyright system is the sum total of the copyright system of the international community and the countries of the world. Its formation and development reflect the basic attitude of the human society towards the dissemination of literary, artistic and scientific works. After continuous evolution and perfection, the international copyright system shows six major trends: modernization of technology, diversification of value, convergence of rules, localization of interests, strategy of policy and industrialization of economy.
