【摘要】：相互依存是全球化時代世界的基本特征,在此背景下,世界政治的進程和模式發(fā)生了巨大變化,主權(quán)國家之間是一種相互作用的關(guān)系,其生存與發(fā)展受世界體系和全球利益的制約,國家為了利益的最大化,必須對主權(quán)的結(jié)構(gòu)和行使的方式做出相應(yīng)調(diào)整,在某些主權(quán)問題上做出讓步,適當讓渡主權(quán)。同時,在全球化時代的相互依存背景下,國家利益的構(gòu)成要素和獲取方式也發(fā)生了重要嬗變,主要表現(xiàn)為國家利益的相互交融和開放性利益與非物質(zhì)性利益對于國家生存和發(fā)展的日益重要,這也使得國際合作和主權(quán)讓渡對于增進國家利益愈益顯得必要。
[Abstract]:Interdependence is the basic characteristic of the world in the era of globalization. In this context, the process and pattern of world politics have undergone great changes, and there is an interactive relationship between sovereign States. Its existence and development are restricted by the world system and the global interests. In order to maximize the interests, the state must adjust the structure and the way of exercising sovereignty accordingly, make concessions on some sovereignty issues and transfer sovereignty appropriately. At the same time, in the context of interdependence in the era of globalization, important changes have taken place in the elements and ways of obtaining national interests. The main manifestation is that the intermingling of national interests and opening interests and immaterial interests are becoming more and more important for the survival and development of a country, which also makes international cooperation and transfer of sovereignty more and more necessary for promoting national interests.
