【摘要】：澳大利亞和新西蘭尋求通過(guò)實(shí)施強(qiáng)制性食品致敏原標(biāo)識(shí)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理手段來(lái)有效控制食品過(guò)敏安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。文中介紹了澳大利亞和新西蘭食品致敏原強(qiáng)制標(biāo)識(shí)法規(guī)的制定背景、發(fā)展、具體要求以及行業(yè)所采取的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。并提出我國(guó)應(yīng)加快實(shí)施強(qiáng)制性食品致敏原標(biāo)識(shí)制度,以實(shí)現(xiàn)保護(hù)消費(fèi)者知情權(quán)和健康,打破國(guó)外技術(shù)貿(mào)易壁壘,促進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Australia and New Zealand seek to effectively control food allergy safety risks by implementing risk management measures for mandatory food allergen labelling. In this paper, the background, development, requirements and countermeasures of the mandatory labeling of food allergens in Australia and New Zealand are introduced. In order to protect consumers' right to know and health, break foreign technical trade barriers and promote the development of export trade, China should speed up the implementation of mandatory food sensitization primer labeling system in order to protect consumers' right to know and health.
