【摘要】：受人類活動以及氣候變化影響,海洋生物多樣性面臨嚴重威脅,為保護和合理利用海洋資源,2008年《生物多樣性公約》締約方大會第9次會議通過了在開闊洋水域和深海生境描述具有重要生態(tài)或生物學意義的海洋區(qū)域(EBSAs)的科學標準。2010年,《生物多樣性公約》締約方大會第10次會議決定召開一系列區(qū)域性研討會,利用上述標準在全球范圍內開展EBSAs描述�；仡櫫薊BSAs的誕生背景與進程,概括了區(qū)域性EBSAs研討會以及可持續(xù)海洋倡議研討會對EBSAs描述所取得的成果。最后,展望了EBSAs進程下一步工作并提出了我國應采取的應對措施,以切實維護我國的海洋權益,促進我國海洋生物多樣性的保護與可持續(xù)利用。
[Abstract]:As a result of human activities and climate change, marine biodiversity is seriously threatened, For the protection and rational use of marine resources, the ninth meeting of the Conference of the parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity, in 2008, adopted the science of (EBSAs) in open ocean waters and deep-sea habitats that describe marine areas of ecological or biological significance Standards. At its tenth meeting, in 2010, the Conference of the parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity decided to convene a series of regional workshops, Use the above standards to develop a global EBSAs description. In this paper, the background and process of EBSAs are reviewed, and the results of regional EBSAs workshops and Sustainable Ocean Initiative workshops on EBSAs description are summarized. Finally, the paper looks forward to the next work of EBSAs process and puts forward some countermeasures to protect the marine rights and interests of our country and promote the conservation and sustainable use of marine biodiversity in China.
