WTO對石油貿(mào)易的法律規(guī)制研究
[Abstract]:With the tide of economic globalization, free trade has become the choice of goods trade in various countries. WTO, as the largest and most efficient goods trade organization in the world, has a high prestige in the field of goods trade. However, the oil trade has been dissociated from the WTO due to national security and other practical reasons. The reason is that there is a traditional concept of energy, there is a political sensitivity of the oil trade. There are more realistic differences between oil exporting countries and oil importing countries, but the WTO itself also has many regulations which do not adapt to the characteristics of oil trade. At present, the oil trade has become an indispensable part of the global trade in goods, and new energy sources have been vigorously promoted and used in various countries. The pattern of oil-exporting and oil-importing countries is not static. The incorporation of petroleum trade into WTO can effectively solve the non-standard behavior in the process of oil trade, maintain the energy security of various countries, and promote the economic and political development of all countries more effectively. To achieve this goal, member countries need to coordinate and cooperate together to strengthen dialogue and cooperation. There are three ways to adjust the oil trade into the WTO system: direct and explicit inclusion, revision of relevant articles, and formulation of the Petroleum Trade Agreement. This paper holds that it is the best choice for each member to formulate the petroleum trade agreement. The establishment of the petroleum trade agreement can effectively adjust the oil trade and overcome the deficiency of the current petroleum trade regulation pattern. To realize the good governance of the oil trade under the WTO system.
