【摘要】：正腐敗治理是全球治理的重要內(nèi)容,也是當(dāng)前全球治理的熱點(diǎn)和各個(gè)國(guó)際行為體政策議程中的優(yōu)先事項(xiàng)。在這當(dāng)中,中國(guó)逐步參與反腐敗國(guó)際合作與全球腐敗治理,從積極承辦國(guó)際反貪大會(huì)、牽頭組織國(guó)際反貪局聯(lián)合會(huì)、積極實(shí)施《聯(lián)合國(guó)反腐敗公約》并在締約國(guó)大會(huì)、履約審議中發(fā)揮作用,主動(dòng)、積極參與全球腐敗治理。十八大以來(lái),中國(guó)積極參與制定反腐敗等"新興領(lǐng)域治理規(guī)則"~[1],更是取得了一系列標(biāo)志性進(jìn)展。2014年,在亞太經(jīng)合組織(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)APEC)《北
[Abstract]:The governance of corruption is an important part of global governance. It is also a hot spot of global governance and a priority in the policy agenda of various international actors. Among these, China has gradually participated in international cooperation against corruption and global corruption governance, from actively hosting the International Anti-Corruption Conference, leading the International Federation of Anti-Corruption authorities, actively implementing the United Nations Convention against Corruption, and actively implementing the United Nations Convention against Corruption and in the Conference of the States parties.
