德國殘障兒童和青少年融合教育標準——以視力障礙學(xué)生為例

【摘要】:2009年,聯(lián)邦德國簽署了聯(lián)合國《殘疾人權(quán)利公約》(CRPD)并正式生效,融合教育思想逐漸對德國的教育政策起到?jīng)Q定性的影響。在這個過程中,如何建立為每一個學(xué)生包括殘疾學(xué)生提供高質(zhì)量教育服務(wù)的教育體系是巨大的挑戰(zhàn),因此教育標準的重要性日益凸顯。本文重點介紹德國現(xiàn)有的普通教育標準和特殊教育標準以及在此過程中的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:In 2009, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) was signed by the Federal Republic of Germany and entered into force. In this process, it is a great challenge to establish a high quality education system for every student, including students with disabilities, so the importance of educational standards is becoming more and more important. This paper focuses on the existing general education standards and special education standards in Germany and the challenges in the process.
