【摘要】：話語權(quán)的建構(gòu)特質(zhì)突出體現(xiàn)在各國對話語的運用與掌控程度,海洋話語權(quán)作為話語權(quán)在海洋領(lǐng)域的延伸,正逐漸成為國際各主權(quán)國家爭奪的焦點。從其功能作用來說,這不僅是應(yīng)對緊張的國際態(tài)勢與維護國家海洋權(quán)益的必然選擇,同時也是建設(shè)海洋強國之路和塑造良好國家形象的可行性選擇。為契合我國的海洋強國戰(zhàn)略,本文立足于對客觀情境和現(xiàn)實實踐的觀察,從理論層次與實踐層次理解海洋話語權(quán)的內(nèi)在要義,并探尋具體的建構(gòu)路徑。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of the construction of the right of discourse are reflected in the degree of the use and control of the discourse. As an extension of the right of discourse in the field of the sea, the sea discourse right is gradually becoming the focus of the international sovereign states. In terms of its function, this is not only the inevitable choice to deal with the tense international situation and safeguard the national marine rights and interests, but also the feasible choice to build a strong ocean power and shape a good national image. In order to fit the strategy of our country's ocean power, this paper bases on the observation of objective situation and practical practice, understands the inner meaning of ocean discourse right from the theory level and the practice level, and explores the concrete construction path.
