【摘要】：始于2007年12月美國次貸風波的全球金融危機已落下帷幕,本輪金融危機的發(fā)生再次證明了建立存款保險法律制度的必要性和重要性。本文對危機發(fā)生期間和"后危機時期"國際層面和國家層面推出的針對存款保險法律制度的改革措施進行了分析總結,結合我國實際提出了創(chuàng)建存款保險法律制度、完善金融安全網三大制度協(xié)調合作機制、建立問題銀行退出機制等相關建議。
[Abstract]:The global financial crisis, which began in December 2007, has come to an end. The occurrence of this financial crisis has proved the necessity and importance of establishing the legal system of deposit insurance. This paper analyzes and summarizes the reform measures of deposit insurance legal system at the international level and the national level during the period of crisis and "post-crisis period", and puts forward the establishment of deposit insurance legal system combined with the actual situation in our country. To perfect the coordination and cooperation mechanism of the three systems of financial safety net and to establish the exit mechanism of problem banks and so on.
