【摘要】：野生動物的貿(mào)易是生物多樣性下降的主要原因之一,了解野生動物的市場需求和供給情況是探討其保護(hù)和可持續(xù)利用的先決條件。為了解中越邊境野生動物貿(mào)易及養(yǎng)殖現(xiàn)狀,我們于2014~2015年,通過實地走訪、向林業(yè)主管部門咨詢及網(wǎng)絡(luò)收集等方式,對中越邊境兩市兩縣的野生動物貿(mào)易和養(yǎng)殖狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。共調(diào)查到貿(mào)易野生動物43種,包括獸類13種,兩棲、爬行類10種,鳥類20種。42種涉及非法貿(mào)易,其中有15種屬于國家Ⅰ級或Ⅱ級保護(hù)動物。共有14家具有一定規(guī)模的養(yǎng)殖場,僅有10種動物被馴養(yǎng)繁殖。當(dāng)前中越邊境的野生動物養(yǎng)殖業(yè)規(guī)模小、產(chǎn)品輻射范圍窄,養(yǎng)殖和市場貿(mào)易的野生動物在種類、數(shù)量和功能上有很大的差距,表明當(dāng)前的養(yǎng)殖業(yè)尚不能滿足市場的需求。要實現(xiàn)野生動物的保護(hù)和可持續(xù)利用,需要加強產(chǎn)業(yè)引導(dǎo)和中越雙邊合作,從源頭切斷非法野生動物貿(mào)易。
[Abstract]:Trade in wildlife is one of the main reasons for the decline of biodiversity. Understanding the market demand and supply of wildlife is a prerequisite for its conservation and sustainable use. In order to understand the current situation of wildlife trade and culture along the border between China and Vietnam, we investigated the situation of wildlife trade and culture in the two counties of the border city of China and Vietnam from 2014 to 2015 by visiting the field, consulting the competent forestry department and collecting the network. A total of 43 species of wild animals, including 13 species of animals, 10 species of amphibians, 10 species of reptiles and 20 species of birds, were found to be involved in illegal trade. A total of 14 furniture has a certain scale of farms, only 10 species of animals are domesticated and propagated. At present, the scale of wildlife breeding in the border of China and Vietnam is small, the range of product radiation is narrow, and there is a big gap between the species, quantity and function of wild animals in breeding and market trade, which indicates that the current breeding industry can not meet the needs of the market. In order to realize the protection and sustainable use of wildlife, it is necessary to strengthen industrial guidance and bilateral cooperation between China and Vietnam to cut off the illegal wildlife trade from the source.
