【摘要】：介紹了歐盟負(fù)責(zé)乳制品質(zhì)量安全管理的各個機(jī)構(gòu)及其職能,并從條例、指令和自愿性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)3個層級闡述了歐盟現(xiàn)行的乳制品法規(guī)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系情況。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the agencies and their functions in charge of dairy product quality and safety management in EU, and expounds the current dairy products regulation and standard system in EU from the three levels of regulation, directive and voluntary standard.
