【摘要】：《歐洲聯(lián)盟及其成員國與哥倫比亞、秘魯自由貿易協(xié)定》內容豐富,在貨物與服務貿易、知識產權等方面設置高標準規(guī)定的同時,對可持續(xù)發(fā)展、技術援助及合作等國際新興議題也有細致條款。該協(xié)定還首次開放地方當局采購,設立民間團體對話監(jiān)督機制。這些舉措有助于加快歐盟進軍拉美市場的步伐,進一步促進歐盟與安第斯共同體兩大區(qū)域組織間的經濟融合。借鑒和參考其中的特色條文,勢必有利于中國自貿協(xié)定文本的健全與完善,并為中國的拉美合作戰(zhàn)略提供理論基礎。
[Abstract]:The Free Trade agreements of the European Union and its member States with Colombia and Peru are rich in content and set high standards for sustainable development in the areas of trade in goods and services, intellectual property, etc. Technical assistance and cooperation and other emerging international issues also have detailed provisions. The agreement also opened the procurement of local authorities for the first time and established a civil society dialogue monitoring mechanism. The moves will help speed up the EU's push into Latin America and further promote economic integration between the EU and the Andean Community's two major regional organizations. Drawing lessons from and referring to the characteristics of the articles is bound to be conducive to the perfection and perfection of the text of China's Free Trade Agreement and to provide a theoretical basis for China's Latin American cooperation strategy.
