[Abstract]:On September 7, 2010, a Chinese fishing boat was hit by a Japanese coast guard patrol in the waters of the Diaoyu Islands, and the captain and fishermen were taken away by Japanese police. The decision by a Japanese court to detain and try the captain of a Chinese fishing boat caused a stir in the calm East China Sea. The tough attitude of the Japanese government made people wonder what kind of sea the Japanese government was based on and what kind of sea it had made.
