【摘要】：為應(yīng)對菲律賓單方提起的南海仲裁案,中華人民共和國外交部和臺灣當(dāng)局"外交部"發(fā)布了系列立場文件。根據(jù)兩岸發(fā)布立場文件的時間節(jié)點(diǎn),可將其分為四個階段,比較其發(fā)布內(nèi)容,可以認(rèn)為兩岸針對南海仲裁案的立場基本一致、內(nèi)容互有策應(yīng)、發(fā)布時機(jī)具有默契性。雖然臺灣當(dāng)局受地區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人更換的影響,立場有調(diào)整,但兩岸只有合作才能維護(hù)南海海洋權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:In response to the arbitration case brought by the Philippines in the South China Sea, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the people's Republic of China and the "Ministry of Foreign Affairs" of the Taiwan authorities issued a series of position papers. According to the time node of the cross-strait position paper, it can be divided into four stages. Comparing the content of the issue, we can think that the two sides have the same position on the South China Sea arbitration case, the content has mutual strategies, and the timing of release has tacit understanding. Although the Taiwan authorities have been influenced by the change of regional leaders and their positions have been adjusted, only cooperation between the two sides can safeguard the maritime rights and interests of the South China Sea.
