【摘要】：中國(guó)與東盟各國(guó)在歷史文化與法律制度上各有特色,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度上也不同,但利用區(qū)域優(yōu)勢(shì)實(shí)現(xiàn)資源優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),共同走上區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展道路的訴求與愿望卻是相同的。本文通過對(duì)中國(guó)—東盟國(guó)家礦業(yè)投資法律制度比較研究,探索各國(guó)間礦業(yè)投資法律制度各自的特點(diǎn),探討各國(guó)間礦業(yè)投資法律制度彼此協(xié)調(diào)的結(jié)合點(diǎn)及其對(duì)策,以期能獲得促進(jìn)中國(guó)—東盟各國(guó)礦業(yè)投資法律合作的一些啟示。
[Abstract]:China and ASEAN countries have their own characteristics in history, culture and legal system, and have different degrees of economic development. However, they make use of regional advantages to complement each other in terms of resource advantages. The common pursuit and desire of the development of regional economic integration are the same. Through the comparative study of the legal system of mining investment between China and ASEAN countries, this paper explores the characteristics of the legal system of mining investment among countries, and probes into the joint points and countermeasures of the coordination of the legal systems of mining investment among countries. In order to promote China-ASEAN countries mining investment legal cooperation some enlightenment.
