【摘要】：本文對(duì)單邊、雙邊、區(qū)域、多邊爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制及其選擇的文獻(xiàn)加以全面梳理,并且指出每種爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制的不足之處,在對(duì)各種爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制的理論分析和實(shí)證分析進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,得出政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等因素會(huì)影響各種爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制選擇的結(jié)論。現(xiàn)有的研究對(duì)于中國(guó)貿(mào)易爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制選擇的系統(tǒng)性理論分析不足,實(shí)證研究欠缺,成為今后進(jìn)一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the literature on unilateral, bilateral, regional and multilateral dispute settlement mechanisms and their choices, and points out the shortcomings of each dispute settlement mechanism. On the basis of summarizing the theoretical and empirical analysis of various dispute settlement mechanisms, it is concluded that political, economic and other factors will affect the choice of various dispute settlement mechanisms. The systematic theoretical analysis on the choice of China's trade dispute settlement mechanism and the lack of empirical research have become the direction of further research in the future.
