【摘要】：食品安全私人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在國際貿(mào)易的影響力不斷增強(qiáng),并通過生產(chǎn)鏈直接作用于食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的控制。另一方面,私人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也可能帶來一定的貿(mào)易問題。WTO對(duì)于私人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)制一直難以達(dá)成共識(shí),現(xiàn)有的規(guī)則和制度對(duì)私人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺乏有效的解決之道。因此,WTO視角下私人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問題的妥善解決,意義重大。
[Abstract]:The influence of private food safety standards on international trade is increasing, and the production chain is directly responsible for the control of food safety risk. On the other hand, private standards may also bring about certain trade problems..WTO has been difficult to reach consensus on the regulation of private standards. The existing rules and systems lack effective solutions to private standards. Therefore, it is of great significance to properly solve the problem of private standards from the perspective of WTO.
