【摘要】：地域方言是在特定地域歷史性沉淀下來(lái)并作為公共場(chǎng)合實(shí)際交流工具的語(yǔ)言,具有獨(dú)立語(yǔ)言地位,是浸潤(rùn)其中的個(gè)體和群體當(dāng)然的母語(yǔ)。國(guó)家以明示或默示方式確立的通用語(yǔ)言或官方語(yǔ)言也是以某種或某幾種自然產(chǎn)生的、并帶有強(qiáng)烈或明顯地域特征的語(yǔ)言為基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)生的,本質(zhì)上也是一種地域方言,只是因權(quán)力的介入而獲得"中央方言"地位。以地域方言為內(nèi)容的語(yǔ)言權(quán)利——地域方言權(quán)是一種事實(shí)性的、先于法律規(guī)定的習(xí)慣權(quán)利,由習(xí)慣權(quán)利向憲法權(quán)利推定,不僅是基于其中所蘊(yùn)含的自由是其他自由無(wú)法替代的,而且通過(guò)地域方言權(quán),能增加個(gè)體和群體的可識(shí)別性,更持久地促進(jìn)統(tǒng)一的國(guó)家認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:The geographical dialect is the language of the historical precipitation of a certain region and is used as the actual communication tool in public places . It has the independent language status , and is the mother tongue of the individual and the group in which it is infiltrated . The state , which is established in the express or implied form , is also a geographical dialect , and is based on the language of strong or obvious geographical features . The right of geographical dialect is a kind of fact . It is not only based on the right of geographical dialect , but also can increase the recognizability of individual and group and promote the unification of the national identity more persistently .
