【摘要】：近10年來,面對中國逐漸和平崛起的現(xiàn)實,美國某些政客、軍人和學(xué)者時起時伏地、起勁地鼓吹"中國威脅"論。這種理論似乎言之鑿鑿,頗有"創(chuàng)新",實則以史為鑒,透過歷史的"照妖鏡",就不難看出它只不過是19世紀(jì)中后期一度甚囂塵上的俄國沙皇版"黃禍"論和德國皇帝版"黃禍"論在新歷史條件下的最新變種,它們之間的DNA是一脈相承的;其對中國數(shù)千年來對外交往史實主流的歪曲,其危言聳聽和蠱惑人心,為反華、侵華活動進(jìn)行精神動員和輿論準(zhǔn)備的"政治騙術(shù)",也是如出一轍的。1840年"鴉片戰(zhàn)爭"以來中國飽受列強侵略、壓迫、掠奪的痛苦經(jīng)歷表明,"黃禍"論——"中國威脅"論在本質(zhì)上從來就是一種殖民主義、帝國主義口號;同時,中國數(shù)千年來對外經(jīng)濟(jì)交往的史實及其中蘊含的法理原則也表明,"黃禍"論——"中國威脅"論是嚴(yán)重背離歷史真實的。因此,善良的人們切勿對"黃禍"論——"中國威脅"論的實踐后果掉以輕心,否則就會出現(xiàn)"居安而不思危"或"居危而不知危"的后果;切勿為美國霸權(quán)主義者"火中取栗"!
[Abstract]:In the past decade, in the face of the reality of China's gradual and peaceful rise, some American politicians, military personnel, and scholars have risen from time to time and vigorously preached the "Chinese threat" theory.This kind of theory seems to be chiseled, quite "innovative", but in fact, history is a mirror.It is not difficult to see through the historical "mirror of evil" that it is only the latest variation of the Russian Tsar's theory of "yellow peril" and the German emperor's theory of "yellow peril" under the new historical conditions, which was once rampant in the middle and late 19th century.The DNA between them is in the same vein; its distortion of the mainstream historical facts of China's foreign exchanges over the past several thousand years is alarmist and demagoguery, and it is anti-China.The "political deception" of spiritual mobilization and public opinion preparation for invading China is the same. Since the "Opium War" in 1840, China has been subjected to aggression and oppression by foreign powers.The painful experience of plunder shows that the "yellow peril" theory, the "China threat" theory, has always been a colonial, imperialist slogan in nature; at the same time,The historical facts of China's foreign economic exchanges over the past several thousand years and the legal principles contained therein also show that the theory of "yellow peril"-"China threat" theory is a serious departure from the historical reality.Therefore, good people should not take lightly the practical consequences of the theory of "yellow peril"-"China threat", otherwise, there will be the consequences of "living in peace but not thinking of danger" or "living in danger but not knowing danger";Do not "draw a shudder from the fire" for the hegemonists of the United States!
