【摘要】：正中國(guó)倡導(dǎo)共建的新世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路,以"政策溝通、設(shè)施聯(lián)通、貿(mào)易暢通、資金融通、民心相通"為主要內(nèi)容,反映了作為《聯(lián)合國(guó)海洋法公約》締約國(guó)的責(zé)任精神,這與中國(guó)提倡的互信、互利、平等、協(xié)作的新安全觀理念是一脈相承的。新時(shí)期海上絲綢之路體現(xiàn)了開放包容、合作共贏的海洋文化,但也存在一些困難和障礙�？沙h絲綢之路沿線國(guó)家建立絲路發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)會(huì),協(xié)調(diào)完善各個(gè)當(dāng)事國(guó)之間涉及環(huán)境保護(hù)、海上安全、交通秩序等多方面的法律法規(guī)。同
[Abstract]:The maritime Silk Road of the new century, which is being advocated by China, is mainly composed of "policy communication, facilities connectivity, smooth trade, financing, and people's common feelings," which reflects the spirit of responsibility as a signatory to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.This is in line with China's new security concept of mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality and cooperation.In the new era, the maritime Silk Road embodies the marine culture of openness, tolerance and win-win cooperation, but there are some difficulties and obstacles.It is suggested that the countries along the Silk Road should establish a coordination committee for the development of the Silk Road, and coordinate and improve the laws and regulations concerning environmental protection, maritime safety, traffic order and so on.The same
