【摘要】：構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體需要確立人類的和平權(quán)�，F(xiàn)實(shí)的和平權(quán)應(yīng)當(dāng)包括四個(gè)相互聯(lián)系的層次:控制和消除直接暴力及其威脅;消除暴力產(chǎn)生的根源;對(duì)為控制和消除暴力及其威脅所采取的暴力手段予以必要的限制,以和平的方式解決爭(zhēng)端和沖突。這四個(gè)層次構(gòu)成了和平權(quán)保障體系的四根支柱,具有相互支撐的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The right to peace in reality should include four interrelated levels: control and elimination of direct violence and its threat, elimination of the root causes of violence; The necessary restrictions should be placed on the means of violence to control and eliminate violence and its threats, and disputes and conflicts should be resolved peacefully. These four levels constitute the four pillars of the system of safeguarding the right to peace and have mutually supportive structural relationships.
