【摘要】：改革開放后,我國的國際法學(xué)在許多方面取得了重大的成就。但從國際法教學(xué)的角度審視三十年來我國國際法學(xué)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,形勢卻不容樂觀。為了改變這種現(xiàn)狀,增強(qiáng)我國國際法學(xué)的整體實(shí)力,建議加強(qiáng)教材建設(shè),加大國際法基本理論的研究力度,重視國際法基本理論與實(shí)踐的合理結(jié)合,加強(qiáng)國際法學(xué)研究隊(duì)伍建設(shè),改變我國國際法學(xué)研究發(fā)展的不平衡狀況以實(shí)現(xiàn)整體繁榮。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, China's international law has made great achievements in many aspects. But from the perspective of international law teaching, the development of international law in China over the past 30 years is not optimistic. To strengthen the overall strength of China's international jurisprudence, it is suggested to strengthen the construction of teaching materials, strengthen the research on the basic theories of international law, attach importance to the rational combination of the basic theories and practices of international law, and strengthen the construction of the international legal research team. To change the imbalance in the development of international legal research in order to achieve overall prosperity.
