【摘要】：后經(jīng)濟危機時代,不少發(fā)達經(jīng)濟體紛紛提出通過擴大出口促進經(jīng)濟盡快復蘇,貿(mào)易保護主義在全球范圍內(nèi)頻發(fā),以反壟斷為代表的新型貿(mào)易保護手段逐漸成為各國實施貿(mào)易保護的新寵。文章通過對世界主要國家和地區(qū)的反壟斷進行比較研究,指出反壟斷對我國出口企業(yè)的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出有效應(yīng)對反壟斷的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In the post-economic crisis era, many developed economies have proposed to promote economic recovery as soon as possible through the expansion of exports, and trade protectionism occurs frequently around the world. The new trade protection means represented by antitrust has gradually become the new favorite of various countries to carry out trade protection. Through comparative study on the antitrust of major countries and regions in the world, this paper points out the influence of antimonopoly on the export enterprises of our country. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to deal with anti-monopoly effectively.
