【摘要】："一帶一路"沿線各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展程度各不相同,能源構(gòu)成結(jié)構(gòu)各具特點(diǎn),從各國(guó)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其基礎(chǔ)看,能源合作具有較好的潛力和發(fā)展空間。能源合作如要有序進(jìn)行,推進(jìn)能源合作法律機(jī)制構(gòu)建是可取途徑。中國(guó)作為"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的倡導(dǎo)者,推進(jìn)"一帶一路"能源合作法律機(jī)制構(gòu)建,應(yīng)倡導(dǎo)多層次的合作,使其形成能源合作路徑、能源合作法律機(jī)制、能源合作爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制等。中國(guó)應(yīng)該積極主動(dòng)地推進(jìn)"一帶一路"能源合作法律機(jī)制構(gòu)建,并采取積極靈活的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:Countries along the "Belt and Road" line have different levels of economic development, and energy composition has its own characteristics, from the point of view of the current development situation and its basis of each country. Energy cooperation has good potential and space for development. If energy cooperation is to be carried out in an orderly manner, it is advisable to promote the legal mechanism of energy cooperation. China is the advocate of the "Belt and Road" strategy. To push forward the construction of the legal mechanism of "Belt and Road" energy cooperation, we should advocate multi-level cooperation so that it can form the path of energy cooperation and the legal mechanism of energy cooperation. China should proactively promote the construction of the legal mechanism of "Belt and Road" energy cooperation and adopt active and flexible countermeasures.
