【摘要】：作者從維護中國核心海洋權(quán)益的宗旨出發(fā),以現(xiàn)代國際法為準(zhǔn)繩,對于南海問題特別是與其相關(guān)聯(lián)的南海大陸架劃分、南海專屬經(jīng)濟區(qū)認定、南海島嶼制度以及海域劃界的法律問題,進行了系統(tǒng)的梳理、分析與研究,提出了處理南海爭端的新建議。
[Abstract]:Starting from the purpose of safeguarding China's core maritime rights and interests and taking modern international law as the yardstick, the author regards the issue of the South China Sea, especially the division of the South China Sea continental shelf associated with it, as the exclusive economic zone of the South China Sea. The system of the South China Sea islands and the legal problems of the delimitation of the sea area are systematically combed, analyzed and studied, and some new suggestions for dealing with the disputes in the South China Sea are put forward.
