【摘要】：國際私法是我國高校中法學(xué)專業(yè)的核心課程之一。隨著我國對外經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,國際私法教學(xué)作為培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀涉外法律人才的途徑顯得尤為重要。復(fù)雜的涉外民商事關(guān)系以及人才培養(yǎng)的目標都要求改革國際私法教學(xué)方法,改變單一的課堂教學(xué)模式,實施靈活多樣的教學(xué)方法。國際私法教學(xué)應(yīng)按照教學(xué)目標的要求,以教學(xué)內(nèi)容為依據(jù),采用能夠充分體現(xiàn)師生雙主體互動的多種教學(xué)方法相配合的一種綜合性教學(xué)模式。
[Abstract]:Private international law is one of the core courses of Chinese law majors in Colleges and universities. With the development of our country's foreign economy, the teaching of private international law is particularly important as the way to cultivate outstanding foreign legal personnel. The complicated foreign-related civil and commercial relations and the goal of talents training all require reforming the teaching methods of private international law, changing the single classroom teaching mode, and implementing flexible teaching methods. The teaching of private international law should be based on the requirements of teaching objectives, based on teaching content, and adopt a comprehensive teaching mode that fully reflects the interaction between teachers and students.
