【摘要】：本文闡述了近年來日本由公司治理問題而引致的公司法修改問題,之后對日本公司的治理進(jìn)行了論證,最后就日本公司治理變革的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)對中國企業(yè)法人化改革和公司治理問題的借鑒和啟示做了必要分析。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the problems of corporate law revision caused by corporate governance in Japan in recent years, and then demonstrates the corporate governance in Japan. Finally, the author makes a necessary analysis on the lessons of Japanese corporate governance reform and corporate governance in China.
