【摘要】：正 1993年,中國(guó)股份制企業(yè)以9440家的增量更迅猛、更穩(wěn)妥的發(fā)展,總數(shù)已達(dá)1.3萬多家。國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)布的《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)證券市場(chǎng)宏觀管理的通知》、《股票發(fā)行與交易管理暫行條例》,以及第八屆人大常委會(huì)第五次會(huì)議通過的《中華人民共和國(guó)公司法》等奠定了中國(guó)股份制法律的框架。1992年底,上海、深圳證券交易所掛牌上市的股票為70種(A、B股),1993年下半年,大規(guī)模、安全地公開募集50億股額,同年底,上海、深圳證券交易所掛牌上市的股票已達(dá)215種(A、B股)。以STAQ系統(tǒng)支撐的1992年3只可憐的法人股上市為啟端,以NET系統(tǒng)加盟
[Abstract]:In 1993, China's joint-stock enterprises increased by 9440 faster and more stable development, the total number has reached more than 13000. The "Circular on further strengthening the Macro-control of the Securities Market" issued by the State Council and the interim regulations on the Administration of Stock issuance and Trading, The "Company Law of the people's Republic of China", adopted at the fifth meeting of the standing Committee of the eighth National people's Congress, laid the framework for China's joint-stock system law.
