我國上市銀行企業(yè)社會責任研究

【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的加劇,國際合作交流的日益密切,企業(yè)社會責任開始傳播并漸漸影響我國,社會各界對企業(yè)社會責任開始有所關注。近年來一系列自然災害、金融詐騙、食品安全問題等社會事件的發(fā)生,使得政府、企業(yè)更加高度重視企業(yè)社會責任。政府把要求企業(yè)承擔社會責任提升到戰(zhàn)略領域。在2007年中央經(jīng)濟工作會議上,胡錦濤明確提出要“引導企業(yè)樹立現(xiàn)代經(jīng)營理念,切實承擔起企業(yè)社會責任”。①為推動企業(yè)承擔社會責任,我國政府從法律上對企業(yè)承擔社會責任也做出了規(guī)定�！吨腥A人民共和國公司法》明確規(guī)定“公司從事經(jīng)營活動必須遵守法律、行政法規(guī),遵守社會公德、商業(yè)道德,誠實守信,接受政府和社會公眾的監(jiān)督,承擔社會責任”。②企業(yè)自身也開始意識到社會責任關系到其盈利情況以及發(fā)展前途,不僅要履行最基本的經(jīng)濟責任、法律責任,更要承擔較高層次道德責任、環(huán)保責任。企業(yè)作為社會成員的一份子,理應為社會的和諧發(fā)展而奮斗,這樣企業(yè)也才能長期健康的發(fā)展。 上市銀行作為我國金融業(yè)的骨干、銀行業(yè)的主力軍,掌握著國民經(jīng)濟的命脈,對經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展有重大的影響,理應積極響應國家號召,自覺并帶頭履行企業(yè)社會責任,高效配置資源,推進企業(yè)社會責任的發(fā)展。上市銀行通常以發(fā)布企業(yè)社會責任報告的方式對外公布其履行企業(yè)社會責任的情況。2006年,上海浦東發(fā)展銀行第一個發(fā)布《企業(yè)社會責任報告》,以書面報告的方式向社會公布銀行當年履行企業(yè)社會責任的情況。此后陸續(xù)有銀行開始發(fā)布企業(yè)責任報告,截止到目前為止,所有上市銀行都能及時發(fā)布企業(yè)社會責任報告,公布企業(yè)社會責任的履行情況。 上市銀行行之有效地履行企業(yè)社會責任,不僅為銀行自身的發(fā)展鋪平道路、奠定基礎,也為推動經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展做了巨大的貢獻。上市銀行充分發(fā)揮先鋒模范作用,不僅積極主動地承擔企業(yè)社會責任,更帶動全社會自發(fā)自覺履行社會責任,促進經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、社會的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of economic globalization and the increasingly close international cooperation and exchange, corporate social responsibility (CSR) begins to spread and gradually affect our country, and social circles begin to pay attention to CSR. In recent years, a series of natural disasters, financial fraud, food safety and other social events have made the government and enterprises pay more attention to corporate social responsibility. The government has raised the demand for corporate social responsibility to strategic areas. At the 2007 Central Economic work Conference, Hu Jintao clearly proposed to "guide enterprises to set up modern business concepts and effectively assume corporate social responsibility" .1 in order to promote enterprises to assume social responsibility. The Company Law of the people's Republic of China clearly stipulates that "companies engaged in business activities must abide by laws, administrative regulations, social ethics, business ethics, honesty and trustworthiness," Accepting supervision from the government and the public, undertaking social responsibility ".2 Enterprises themselves are beginning to realize that social responsibility relates to their profitability and development prospects, not only to fulfill their most basic economic and legal responsibilities, More to assume a higher level of moral responsibility, environmental responsibility. As a member of society, enterprises should strive for the harmonious development of society, so that enterprises can develop healthily for a long time. As the backbone of China's financial industry and the main force of the banking industry, the listed banks have a major impact on the development of the economy and society and have a major impact on the development of the national economy. They should respond positively to the call of the state, consciously and take the lead in fulfilling the corporate social responsibility. Efficient allocation of resources to promote the development of corporate social responsibility. Listed banks usually disclose their performance of corporate social responsibility in the form of corporate social responsibility reports. The Shanghai Pudong Development Bank was the first to issue the Corporate Social responsibility report, announcing the bank's performance of corporate social responsibility to the society in the form of a written report. Since then, some banks have started to publish corporate responsibility reports. Up to now, all listed banks can release corporate social responsibility reports in a timely manner and announce the performance of corporate social responsibility. The effective performance of corporate social responsibility by listed banks not only paves the way for their own development and lays the foundation, but also contributes greatly to the development of economy and society. The listed banks give full play to the vanguard role, not only take the initiative to bear the social responsibility of the enterprise, but also drive the whole society to fulfill the social responsibility spontaneously, promote the sustainable development of economy and the harmonious development of the society.
