本文基于話語立足點的概念,以多模態(tài)話語分析為框架,以一次刑事上訴審的法官話語為例,探討刑事庭審中法官話語與其立足點轉(zhuǎn)換間的關系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),庭審互動中法官話語的多模態(tài)資源包括會話特征（拖音、打斷、重復、話輪轉(zhuǎn)換等）、聲學特征（音高的基頻值提高、音強的分貝值增加、輔音與元音間過渡音征、重點語句中關鍵詞音長等）、視覺特征（面向法庭當事人、面朝文字資料、面向法庭等）,法官調(diào)用的多模態(tài)資源激活其不同的立足點,包括"話語激活者"、"話語激活者+話語作者"、"話語激活者+話語作者+話語委托者"等,模態(tài)資源的綜合作用引發(fā)話語立足點的改變。研究結(jié)果同時體現(xiàn)了法官立足點轉(zhuǎn)換承載的庭審組織、信息確認、事實調(diào)查、合議庭代言和法庭普法等功能。
