論罪犯的個別教育

【摘要】：罪犯個別教育是指在法律與政策的指導下,在嚴格監(jiān)獄管理的環(huán)境中,監(jiān)獄人民警察直接或間接地針對在押罪犯的個體改造需要,采取思想影響、行為引導、法律釋疑、心理疏導和知識技能傳授等有計劃的系統(tǒng)影響活動。它作為監(jiān)獄改造在押服刑人員的一種基本教育方法,針對罪犯個體的改造需要,因人施教,是改造罪犯主觀世界的銳利武器。但是,隨著和諧社會建設進程的不斷推進,傳統(tǒng)的個別教育模式突顯出教育面過于狹窄,教育手段相對落后,以感化替代教育、以資助替代矯治,導致單個罪犯的個別教育成本過高。究其原因主要是監(jiān)獄一直將個別教育當作集體教育的一種補充,對個別教育重視不夠,理論界對個別教育也沒有太多的研究,導致罪犯個別教育工作缺乏理論指導,實施細則的操作性不強,警察隊伍的業(yè)務水平也不高。這些直接導致罪犯個別教育的優(yōu)勢作用發(fā)揮受限,教育質量無法提高。 因此,要充分發(fā)揮罪犯個別教育的改造優(yōu)勢,就應該把個別教育作為監(jiān)獄教育工作的基礎和根本內容來認識,明確個別教育的基礎和主導地位,更新個別教育理念,融入個別化教育、人格改造和知行合一等理論,建立專業(yè)的個別教育隊伍,完善個別教育制度體系,推行科學的個別化教育流程,才能切實提高監(jiān)獄整體的教育水平,提升監(jiān)獄的行刑質量。
[Abstract]:Individual education of criminals means that under the guidance of laws and policies, in the environment of strict prison administration, the prison people's police directly or indirectly aim at the individual reform needs of prisoners, take ideological influence, conduct guidance and legal explanation. Systematic influence activities such as psychological counseling and knowledge and skills imparting. It is a basic education method to reform prisoners in prison. It is a sharp weapon to reform the subjective world of criminals according to the reform needs of individual criminals. However, with the development of harmonious society, the traditional individual education model highlights that the educational field is too narrow and the educational means are relatively backward. The cost of individual education for individual offenders is too high. The main reason for this is that prisons have always regarded individual education as a supplement to collective education, paid insufficient attention to individual education, and the theorists have not done much research on individual education, which has led to the lack of theoretical guidance in the work of individual education for criminals. The operation of the implementation rules is not strong, the operational level of the police force is not high. These directly lead to the limitation of the advantages of individual education, and the quality of education can not be improved. Therefore, in order to give full play to the advantages of the reform of individual education of criminals, we should take individual education as the basis and fundamental content of prison education work, make clear the basis and leading position of individual education, and renew the concept of individual education. Only by incorporating the theories of individualized education, personality reform and integration of knowledge and practice, establishing a professional individual education team, perfecting the system of individual education system and carrying out a scientific process of individualized education, can the education level of the prison as a whole be improved. Improve the quality of execution in prisons.
