【摘要】：勞教(戒毒)人員是心理問(wèn)題的高發(fā)人群,隨著我國(guó)在勞教(戒毒)人員教育工作中開(kāi)始引入心理矯治手段,在運(yùn)用心理學(xué)矯治勞教(戒毒)人員的實(shí)踐與探索中,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)心理矯治的研究也蓬勃發(fā)展起來(lái)。心理矯治是解決畸形病態(tài)心理和錯(cuò)誤認(rèn)識(shí)的一把金鑰匙,它大大豐富了服刑人員教育改造工作的內(nèi)涵,對(duì)于穩(wěn)定監(jiān)管場(chǎng)所秩序,提高改造工作質(zhì)量,降低重新犯罪率,促進(jìn)其身心健康等,具有極其重要的意義。 分析當(dāng)前勞教(戒毒)人員心理矯治過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,并尋求相應(yīng)的有效的對(duì)策,是理論界和實(shí)踐界共同關(guān)注的話題。當(dāng)前勞教(戒毒)人員心理矯治工作存在著把心理咨詢(xún)和矯治工作與思想政治教育工作混同,缺乏系統(tǒng)化的研究,很少有研究將服刑人員非常需要的外部情感支持納入心理矯治工作范圍,目前河南省勞教(戒毒)場(chǎng)所則存在專(zhuān)業(yè)化人才稀缺、工作運(yùn)行機(jī)制不健全、心理矯治中心建設(shè)不均衡等諸多不利因素,導(dǎo)致勞教(戒毒)人員心理矯治工作仍然處于低位徘徊而未能很好的滿(mǎn)足強(qiáng)勁的實(shí)踐需求。 本文將結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)勞教(戒毒)人員心理矯治工作研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹心理咨詢(xún)引入勞教(戒毒)系統(tǒng)后心理矯治的工作概況,從河南省勞教(戒毒)場(chǎng)所心理矯治中心的創(chuàng)立與發(fā)展過(guò)程中,調(diào)查研究河南省勞教(戒毒)系統(tǒng)心理矯治工作的現(xiàn)狀,從系統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),分析河南省勞教(戒毒)系統(tǒng)存在的一些實(shí)際問(wèn)題,探討新形勢(shì)下勞教(戒毒)法律法規(guī)的新變化,以及內(nèi)外部環(huán)境對(duì)勞教(戒毒)場(chǎng)所整體心理矯治工作的影響,探索出勞教(戒毒)人員心理矯治的發(fā)展路徑,以轉(zhuǎn)變理念為先導(dǎo),建立長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制和心理矯治工作保障機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)警察心理咨詢(xún)師職責(zé)管理與績(jī)效考核,進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒人員轉(zhuǎn)向心理矯治分離,通過(guò)河南省勞教(戒毒)系統(tǒng)心理矯治體系運(yùn)行,以期提高教育挽救成效。
[Abstract]:Reeducation through labour (detoxification) personnel are the high incidence of psychological problems. With the introduction of psychological correction means into the education work of reeducation through labour (detoxification) personnel in our country, the practice and exploration of using psychology to treat reeducation through labor (detoxification) personnel, Domestic research on psychological correction is also booming. Psychological correction is a golden key to the solution of malformed psychosis and misunderstandings. It greatly enriches the connotation of the education and reform work of prisoners. It can stabilize the order of the place under supervision, improve the quality of the reform work, and reduce the rate of recidivism. It is of great significance to promote their physical and mental health. It is a common concern of theoretical and practical circles to analyze the problems existing in the process of psychological correction of reeducation through labour (detoxification) and to seek corresponding effective countermeasures. At present, the psychological correction work of reeducation through labour (detoxification) personnel has mixed psychological counseling and correction work with ideological and political education work, lacking systematic research. Few studies have brought the external emotional support that prisoners need very much into the scope of psychological correction work. At present, specialized talents are scarce and the working mechanism is not perfect in Henan Province's reform-through-labor (detoxification) sites. Many unfavorable factors, such as unbalanced construction of psychological correction center, lead to the psychological correction work of reeducation through labour (detoxification) still hovering at a low level and failing to meet the strong practical demand. This paper will introduce the general situation of psychological correction after the introduction of psychological counseling to reeducation-through-labor (detoxification) system according to the present situation of psychological correction work of reeducation through labour (detoxification) personnel in China. In the course of establishment and development of psychological correction center in reeducation through labor (detoxification) place in Henan Province, this paper investigates and studies the present situation of system psychological correction in Henan Province, and proceeds from a systematic point of view. This paper analyzes some practical problems existing in reeducation through labor (detoxification) system in Henan Province, probes into the new changes of laws and regulations of reeducation through labour (detoxification) under the new situation, and the influence of internal and external environment on the overall psychological correction work in reeducation through labor (detoxification) sites. To explore the development path of psychological correction for reeducation through labor (detoxification) personnel, to establish a long-term mechanism and a guarantee mechanism for psychological correction, to strengthen the duty management and performance evaluation of police psychological counsellors, to take the concept of change as the guide, to establish a long-term mechanism and a guarantee mechanism for psychological correction work. In order to improve the effect of education rescue, the compulsory isolation of detoxification personnel turned to the separation of psychological correction, which was operated through the system of reeducation through reeducation (detoxification) in Henan province.
