【摘要】:監(jiān)獄一線警察是實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定、維護(hù)公平正義、應(yīng)對(duì)監(jiān)獄危機(jī)的重要力量,他們能力和素質(zhì),關(guān)系著監(jiān)獄的健康發(fā)展及監(jiān)獄警察隊(duì)伍整體素質(zhì)的提升。隨著押犯結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜、獄情的嚴(yán)峻,監(jiān)獄在行刑理念、規(guī)章制度、運(yùn)行機(jī)制、監(jiān)管方式等方面都面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn),監(jiān)獄一線警察的工作也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和壓力,如何進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效的職業(yè)生涯管理,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)獄一線警察隊(duì)伍建設(shè),充分調(diào)動(dòng)監(jiān)獄一線警察發(fā)揮積極性、主動(dòng)性創(chuàng)造性來應(yīng)對(duì)監(jiān)管改造中出現(xiàn)的問題成為監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)亟待解決的問題。目前內(nèi)蒙古監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)一線警察的職業(yè)生涯管理存在管理理念落后、發(fā)展空間狹小、體制機(jī)制不完善等一系列問題,導(dǎo)致監(jiān)獄一線警察職業(yè)滿意度降低,對(duì)監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)的警察隊(duì)伍建設(shè)造成了不利影響。 本文主要以內(nèi)蒙古監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)一線警察為研究對(duì)象,綜合運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)分析法,結(jié)合監(jiān)獄一線警察的職業(yè)特點(diǎn),全面分析內(nèi)蒙古監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)一線警察職業(yè)生涯管理中存在的問題及原因,據(jù)此探討內(nèi)蒙古監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)機(jī)關(guān)職能部門如何在監(jiān)獄一線警察的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展過程中進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的指導(dǎo)與管理,從而形成相應(yīng)的可行的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Prison first-line police is an important force to realize social harmony and stability, to maintain fairness and justice, to deal with the prison crisis. Their ability and quality are related to the healthy development of the prison and the promotion of the overall quality of the prison police force. With the complexity of the structure of prisoners and the severity of the prison situation, the prison is facing enormous challenges in the aspects of execution concept, rules and regulations, operating mechanism, supervision mode, and so on. The work of the prison front-line police is also facing enormous challenges and pressures. How to carry out scientific and effective career management, strengthen the construction of prison front-line police force, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of prison front-line police officers, The initiative and creativity to deal with the problems in the reform of prison supervision has become an urgent problem to be solved in the prison system. At present, there are a series of problems in career management of front-line police in Inner Mongolia, such as backward management concept, narrow development space, imperfect system and mechanism, which lead to the decline of career satisfaction of prison front-line police. This has had a negative impact on the building of the police force in the prison system. This article mainly takes the inner Mongolia prison system first line police as the research object, synthetically uses the questionnaire survey method, the literature analysis method, unifies the prison front line police profession characteristic, This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems and causes in the career management of the front-line policemen in Inner Mongolia prison system. On this basis, this paper discusses how the functional departments of the prison system in Inner Mongolia carry out scientific and reasonable guidance and management in the course of the development of the professional career of the prison front-line police, so as to form the corresponding feasible countermeasures.
