【摘要】：正檢察官權(quán)力清單是指檢察機(jī)關(guān)以目錄清單形式,在內(nèi)部不同層級(jí)辦案主體之間劃分配置辦案職權(quán),以明確檢察長(zhǎng)、檢委會(huì)、檢察官等各類辦案主體的職權(quán)界限,突出檢察官辦案主體地位。制定和落實(shí)檢察官權(quán)力清單是檢察機(jī)關(guān)推進(jìn)司法責(zé)任制改革的重要舉措,也是明確檢察官職權(quán)并確定司法責(zé)任的基礎(chǔ)和根據(jù)。一、上海檢察官權(quán)力清單制度的實(shí)施特點(diǎn)及其成效
