【摘要】：正2014年12月28日,全國第一個跨行政區(qū)劃檢察院——上海市檢察院第三分院(以下簡稱"上海三分院")在原上海鐵路運輸檢察分院的基礎(chǔ)上掛牌成立。一年多來,上海三分院在試點中實踐,在實踐中思考,我們認為,"特在何處""跨到哪里"是跨行政區(qū)劃檢察院的最根本問題。一、凝聚共識,勇敢肩負起跨行政區(qū)劃檢察院改革歷史使命上海三分院一成立,圍繞"新建院""改革院"的特征,從全面推進依法治國的戰(zhàn)略高度深刻認
[Abstract]:On December 28, 2014, the first cross-administrative procuratorate, the third Branch of Shanghai Municipal Procuratorate (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai third Branch"), was established on the basis of the former Shanghai Railway Transport Procuratorate. Over the past year or so, the third Branch of Shanghai has been practicing and thinking in practice. We think that "where is the special place" and "where to go" is the most fundamental problem for the procuratorate of cross-administrative divisions. First, gather consensus, bravely shoulder the historic mission of cross-administrative procuratorate reform, set up Shanghai's three branches and set up, around the characteristics of "new courtyard" and "reform court", and recognize deeply from the strategy of comprehensively advancing the rule of law.
