【摘要】：伴隨著計(jì)算機(jī)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、電子信息技術(shù)的日益變遷，計(jì)算機(jī)及信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)普及到我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。信息化成為了國(guó)家事務(wù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、社會(huì)生活等重要領(lǐng)域管理中不可缺少的工具和手段。黑龍江省監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)由于經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)差、底子薄，信息化應(yīng)用水平低、發(fā)展不平衡等原因，與其他政府部門(mén)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)相比，差距較大。 本文深入地研究了黑龍江省監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)的管理模式，，以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)發(fā)展、建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀，分析黑龍江省監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)存在問(wèn)題及原因，為黑龍江省監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)進(jìn)行需求分析，同時(shí)為黑龍江省監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)未來(lái)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)制定了詳細(xì)的規(guī)劃。 論文的最后，針對(duì)黑龍江省監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的技術(shù)、隊(duì)伍、管理等一系列問(wèn)題，本文從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意識(shí)、科學(xué)規(guī)劃、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、規(guī)范運(yùn)營(yíng)四個(gè)方面提出了對(duì)策，為黑龍江省監(jiān)獄系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)和發(fā)展提供管理理論支持和參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer, Internet and electronic information technology, the application of computer and information network has been widely used in all fields of economic and social life in China. Informationization has become an indispensable tool and means in the management of national affairs, economic construction, social life and other important fields. The prison system of Heilongjiang Province has a large gap compared with the network platform construction of other government departments because of its poor economic base, weak foundation, low level of information application and unbalanced development. This paper deeply studies the management mode of the prison system in Heilongjiang Province, as well as the current situation of the development and construction of the network platform, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the construction of the network platform of the prison system in Heilongjiang Province. It also makes a detailed plan for the future construction of the network platform of the prison system in Heilongjiang Province. Finally, aiming at a series of problems in the construction of network platform of prison system in Heilongjiang Province, such as technology, team, management and so on, this paper puts forward countermeasures from four aspects: leadership consciousness, scientific planning, team building and standardizing operation. It provides management theory support and reference for the construction and development of prison system network platform in Heilongjiang Province.
