【摘要】：要堅(jiān)決打贏基本解決執(zhí)行難這場(chǎng)硬仗,必須以聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建解決執(zhí)行難的大格局;以標(biāo)本兼治為路徑,謀劃解決執(zhí)行難的治本之策;以規(guī)范執(zhí)行為重點(diǎn),著力解決執(zhí)行失范、違規(guī)問題;以"一打三反"為突破口,堅(jiān)決整治規(guī)避、妨礙執(zhí)行現(xiàn)象;以改革創(chuàng)新為動(dòng)力,促進(jìn)執(zhí)行工作優(yōu)質(zhì)高效;以信息化建設(shè)為抓手,提高執(zhí)行工作現(xiàn)代化水平;以隊(duì)伍建設(shè)為保障,抓好解決執(zhí)行難的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:In order to resolutely win the tough battle of basically solving the problem of execution, we must, on the basis of the linkage mechanism, construct a large pattern of solving the difficulty of execution; take both symptoms and symptoms as the path to plan the solution to the root cause of the difficulty of execution; and focus on the standardized implementation. We should strive to solve the problems of malpractice and violation of regulations; take the "one dozen, three evils" as a breakthrough point, resolutely rectify and circumvent and obstruct the implementation phenomenon; take reform and innovation as the driving force to promote the quality and efficiency of the implementation work; and take the construction of information technology as the starting point. To improve the level of modernization of implementation, to ensure the construction of the team, and to grasp the key factors to solve the difficulties of implementation.
