文章摘要：紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察信訪舉報(bào)工作對(duì)懲防體系中的廉政教育、腐敗預(yù)防、權(quán)力監(jiān)控、糾風(fēng)機(jī)制、反腐案件、體系考核等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)揮重要功能，是懲治和預(yù)防腐敗體系建設(shè)的重要組成部分，其輸入的信訪信息為懲防體系的運(yùn)作提供針對(duì)性的依據(jù)。十八大之后，反腐倡廉工作和懲防體系建設(shè)面臨著新形勢(shì)，對(duì)紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察信訪舉報(bào)工作提出了新的要求。因此，要從完善信訪工作理念、暢通信訪渠道、加強(qiáng)信訪干部隊(duì)伍能力建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新信訪工作方式方法、健全信訪工作體制機(jī)制著手，不斷提高紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察信訪舉報(bào)工作的科學(xué)化水平。

Abstr：The work of disposing petition letters and calls for discipline inspection and supervision functions well in such as- pects as anti-corruption education, corruption prevention, power control, rectification mechanism, corruption case handling and system assessment of the punishment and prevention system. As an important aspect of the construction of the punishment and prevention system, it provides useful information for the system. After the 18th National Congress of CPC, anti-corruption and the construction of punishment and prevention system are confronted with new situations which propose new requirements for the work of disposing petition letters and calls for discipline inspection and supervision. Therefore, it is important to improve scientific level for this work by perfecting the ideas, smoothing the channels, strengthening cadres＇ qualifications, innovating the methods and improving the mechanism.
