【摘要】：正檢察輔助人員是我國檢察人員的重要分類之一,是檢察人員分類管理制度的重要組成部分,也是檢察權(quán)主體的有機組成部分之一。檢察輔助人員本身及其成長問題對于檢察人員分類管理改革的有效推行、對于檢察官依法獨立公正行使檢察權(quán)、對于落實司法責(zé)任制、實現(xiàn)司法公正,都具有重要意義。本文著重就檢察輔助人員的職業(yè)發(fā)展問題作些思考。一、檢察輔助人員分類的形成與定位檢察輔助人員是對我國檢察人員的分類稱呼之一。檢察人員分類的形成和發(fā)展大體可以分為兩
[Abstract]:The assistant procuratorial personnel is one of the important categories of procuratorial personnel in our country and an important part of the classified management system of procuratorial personnel. It is also one of the organic components of the procuratorial power subject. The problems of procuratorial auxiliary personnel themselves and their growth effectively carry out the reform of the classified management of procuratorial personnel, the independent and impartial exercise of procuratorial power by procurators according to law, and the implementation of judicial responsibility system. The realization of judicial justice is of great significance. This paper focuses on the career development of procuratorial assistants. The formation and orientation of the Classification of Procuratorial Auxiliary personnel is one of the categories of Chinese procuratorial personnel.
