【摘要】：正近期,一起因出具承諾函引起的產(chǎn)權(quán)過戶被訴案件,經(jīng)過銀行方的努力案件終審取得勝訴。但勝訴的同時(shí)反映出商業(yè)銀行在資產(chǎn)處置和印章管理工作中存在一些需要改進(jìn)和完善的地方,即資產(chǎn)處置要依法依程序進(jìn)行、印章的管理要有一整套嚴(yán)格的用印制度,只有從制度層面對(duì)商業(yè)銀行員工行為進(jìn)行約束,才能更為有效的防范可能發(fā)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)�，F(xiàn)將有關(guān)情況分析如下:
