【摘要】：日本是保留有死刑制度的國(guó)家,對(duì)此日本公共輿論一直保持著支持態(tài)度。同時(shí),公共輿論對(duì)日本死刑相關(guān)制度的改正和具體適用也產(chǎn)生了具體影響,例如因公共輿論的影響在立法上改正了死刑之公訴時(shí)效的限制等。但公共輿論對(duì)死刑制度的支持并不意味著公共輿論是在對(duì)死刑制度充分了解的基礎(chǔ)上做出的,政府當(dāng)局情報(bào)公開(kāi)的不充分性,使公共輿論并不十分清楚死刑制度的全貌尤其是死刑執(zhí)行制度。未來(lái),日本應(yīng)更加推進(jìn)關(guān)于死刑的情報(bào)公開(kāi),使公共輿論在充分了解死刑制度的基礎(chǔ)上邁向?qū)λ佬虖U除的支持。
[Abstract]:Japanese public opinion has always been supportive of Japan's retention of the death penalty system. At the same time, public opinion has a specific impact on the correction and application of Japanese death penalty system, for example, it corrects the limitation of the statute of limitations of public prosecution in legislation because of the influence of public opinion. However, the support of public opinion for the death penalty system does not mean that the public opinion is based on a full understanding of the death penalty system. So that public opinion is not very clear about the death penalty system, especially the execution of the death penalty system. In the future, Japan should further promote the disclosure of information on the death penalty and make public opinion move towards the abolition of the death penalty on the basis of a full understanding of the death penalty system.
