【摘要】：市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體普遍面臨信貸市場配置失靈問題,各國都積極尋求解決途徑,信貸政策法律化是其中之一,以美國的社區(qū)再投資法(CRA)最為典型。本文側(cè)重介紹和分析美聯(lián)儲(FRB)在執(zhí)行CRA過程中所體現(xiàn)出的信貸政策法律化、規(guī)范化和綜合化特征,進(jìn)一步分析美聯(lián)儲信貸政策所面臨的矛盾及其經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示。
[Abstract]:The market economy countries generally face the problem of credit market allocation malfunction, and all countries actively seek to solve the problem. The legalization of credit policy is one of them, and the community reinvestment law (CRA) of the United States is the most typical one. This paper focuses on introducing and analyzing the characteristics of legalization, standardization and integration of credit policy embodied in the implementation of CRA by the Federal Reserve (FRB), and further analyzes the contradictions faced by the Federal Reserve's credit policy and its experience and enlightenment.
